How DNS.BE punishes the end-user

A little introduction: DNSBE is the organization responsible for the distribution of the .BE top level domain (tld). They work by using “agents” or “registrars”, who can purchase their domain names directly with DNSBE. Those agents are then contacted by the end-user, and asked to register a domain name for them.
