It’s been a while, but my code-base site has been updated with some of the latest projects. Code is usually commented in English, but descriptions & screenshots are in Dutch.

• Freedom-Checker: a script to check the availability of a domain, and register it once it becomes available (using the Nucleus API) (PHP-code)
• ScoutsLint.be V1 – Photo-album: simple photo-album that allows uploads of .zip/.rar archives to upload multiple images at once (PHP-code)
• ScoutsLint.be V1 – Birthdays: a simple listing of birthdays, based on a members-list. The Excel list can be imported to a database. (ASP-code)
• ScoutsLint.be V2: New version of the ScoutsLint.be website, using a wiki-like method of creating & managing pages. (PHP-code)
• SEO Analyzer: still a beta project, but it looks like it won’t be updated in a while – a tool to check keywords & description for a certain webpage, and give hints where possible. (PHP-code – Website)

It’s probably worth more if you actually understand Dutch, but who knows … code is free to be used and altered. Feel free to drop me a note when you found any of it useful, or if you see major flaws.

We leven in een tijdperk waar privacy nauwelijks nog bestaat, en waar alles toch online te vinden is. Eens we ons daarbij neerleggen, is een blog niet meer dan normaal dezer tijden. Alles wat we zeggen vindt immers toch hun weg naar het internet – dan kan ik het evengoed nog zelf neerschrijven ook, zo weet ik tenminste wat er staat ;-) .

“High hopes, deep falls” wordt wel eens gezegd, dus hou je verwachtingen voor deze blog laag, en je kan er misschien nog eens door verrast worden! Een gezonde mix humor, sarcasme en technologie zullen de basis moeten vormen, we zien wel in welke richting het verder groeit (als ik al het ge-blog tegen dan nog niet beu ben).
